Micro-Stretch trousers Midnight Blue.

Hi first of all I would like to say that your product is great, comfortable and good looking well fabricated. And I appreciate your parcel and packaging quality and parcel delivery timings. Secondly I would like to express my apology because I ordered 2 x trousers but I received 4 x extra trousers because the size of trousers was not fitting my size so I lodged a complaint on two email addresses. And I received 4 x trousers and I didn't return the previously received trousers . So I want to make an apology and want to return those trousers or make payment for them.

The trousers are good, but you have to work on your size consistency and the colours that you send... It's my 5th order from you guys... and in one of them I got one loose trouser and one fit for the same size of 2 xl... in my recent order.. I got black trousers instead of midnight blue.

You guys have a pathetic customer service, there is no contact number given on your page to whom we can talk to regarding replacement of articles and you dont respond clearly to the emails i sent you as well.
Very unprofessional attitude towards your customers !!
